PAO Stack is a set of Piracetam, Aniracetam, Oxiracetam.
Piracetam is the most well-known nootropic that promotes a positive state of mind, alertness, verbal fluency, memory formation, and anti-anxiety effects; in chemical structure, it is a cyclic derivative of GABA. It improves neurophysiological processes, energy metabolism in the brain, and its integrative activity, facilitating the learning process and enhancing memory and mental activity. Under stress conditions, it maintains a high level of adequate attention, cognitive and mnestic functions of the brain.
The drug has a positive effect on behavioral responses and physical endurance under stress and ensures preserving the standard structure of neurons in the cerebral cortex and cerebellum. Piracetam also eliminates stress disorders in the liver, myocardium, erythrocytes, bone tissue, reduces damage to the gastric mucosa.
Aniracetam is also a type of nootropic, which acts as a stimulant and enhancer of mental development and improves memory and concentration. The influences the receptor (AMPA) in the central nervous system, which regulates the flow of nerve signals between nerve cells responsible for improving cognitive functions.
Several studies show that Aniracetam positively affects people with clinical depression, Alzheimer’s disease, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and sleep disorders.
Oxiracetam is a good nootropic, which also has some unique properties, affecting both the cholinergic and glutamatergic (ampakinе) systems. The substance is less popular than the previous two components, but this does not mean that it is less effective. Oxiracetam is known for its stimulating properties, which do not affect the nervous system to a greater extent but awaken their sensuality and a better feeling.

ADMINISTRATION & DOSAGE
It would be best if you started taking this kit at a low dosage and gradually increase your dosage to observe your body’s response progressively. It is recommended to consult a doctor for exact prescribing.
Usually, Aniracetam and Oxiracetam are taken in a 1: 1 ratio, taking 750 to 1500 mg each day. Aniracetam has a shorter half-life, so it needs to be taken three times a day, while Oxiracetam no more than twice.
When using Piracetam and Oxiracetam, the dosage will be 2: 1, for example, 400 mg of Oxiracetam and 800 mg of Piracetam; if necessary, you can take twice as much. Both nootropics are taken on an empty stomach with a small amount of water.
When the three drugs are taken together, the dosage will also change.
